I am 8 years old.i love pizza it yummy,hot and tasty.I have 3 big bothers and 4 big sisthers.I have to live with my Mum,Robbie,Tanisha,Cezar and Brock.

Hi I just want to share about my brother and his Auckland boxing Gym .The Auckland boxing gyms Coach Lolo. I can see my brother behind a little boy.They all fight at a diffrent gym. the gym fight  to the aba mostlyas sometimes they go some times to up noth.

Talita's Weekend

Saturday was the  best day of the weekend - it was so cool.  My family and I went to the zoo. We had a lovely time playing  on the playground, and watching animals like birds,mokeys and more. One of the best days of my weekend except that I had go in a wheelchair. 

Adriel's Weekend

The golden hot sun was shining through the car window as my mum was driving .

When my mum parked the car,I pushed my door open with a fright and rushed like I didn't care,

But as I ran I stopped in front of my nanas house and saw a bouncy castle ,a face painter and a balloon artist.After the huge trip to everything I went to the back which had a big white,plastic tent that everyone was in.There were lollies,ice cream and some BBQ lunch.

My nana growled me as I walked in because she saw my half rainbow butterfly.

I was enjoying the party so far but the fun stopped because we had to go and eat but the kids

were on a little table that was so small. I looked embarest that I had to sit on the the little's table at the party.All the kids had small hot dogs and lots of nuggets.

Lastly when we all were going to have some games my mum said'we have to go now'.

'But I dont want to go'I said

Then  I looked out the tent i saw that it was getting dark so I said'yes'

My family went home

Zackariah - velvet worm

In the wet humid forest you might get to see a slimy velvet worm .The soft chubby velvet worm hunts at night  time it uses a special weapon. The velvet worm prowls like a cat in the darkness.It probes in the dark shadows to find its way.The amazing velvet worm uses twin streams of glue to attack the grasshopper prey. The remarkable velvit worm eats it glue before killing it.

On the weekend I was on  gmail doing my work for school.

I was searching for a picture to write about. I found one of my older brother

it said  my brother Eric finau he is a boxer at riseing star boxing gym.

go to fight because I met this girl called Megan maka  she won her fight to the aba where people like boxer fight there . One day my brother was fighting and he won that day  it was raning. when I got home I had a smil on my face.

In the woods at night there will be a velevt worm. It is a scary looking thing.  It can move stealthily with its fat,soft legs. It can prowl its way. It can find its way. The  velevt worm is a good hunter too.

Amber's Weekend

When it was the weekend I was playing hide and seek with my brother. When it was my turn to hide he kept finding me, I sometimes hide under the trampoline but mostly I hide in my closet. Once it was my brother's turn to hide he hid in the bushes and I didn't find him most of the time. When the time was getting late we went inside and watched a movie called John Carter, once the movie finished we went to bed and fell straight asleep. Zzz

the velvet worm

In the dark,spooky forest the velvet worm will be waiting for you but look out if your in the forest at night because the velvet worm might get you with a special weapon.

This slimy creature has soft,stumpy legs and 2 long feelers that helps it to find its dinner!

As the crawling,slimy caterpillar touches its way it tracks down its prey in the dark so its food does not see it. When the velvet worm feels it prey it reacts immediately with twin streams of glue making the poor cricket strangled in a mountain of glue.

Then the caterpillar starts eating its glue before finishing off the bug. The velvet worm rips out everything in the poor crickets body, then starts to hunt for its next meal.

The velvet worm is a unique creature that can shoot twin streams of glue from its 2 nostrils.

I hoped you enjoyed learning about the velvet worm because I know I did.

Judah's Weekend

Hi Mrs Barks. On Friday I went to my sister's rippa rugby game and she played really
well. While the game was on, I played with Olivia in the game room at the Marist Club. It was pouring rain Saturday morning and so my rugby game was cancelled. My mum made me help clean the house and then we went to
see Uncle David at the cemetery. After that we went to see nana and
papa for a family meeting. While the adults were chatting, I trained with Naomi, Hayley and my Aunty Erin
playing netball. On Sunday I relaxed and watched tv and made my
nana a cup of tea.

You will never guess in a million years who came to our school today!!!! Will.i.am...Yes you read correctly...Will.i.am!!! Now,if you don't know already, Will.i.am is a hip hop star who used to sing with the Black Eyed Peas. He presented the Manaiakalani Education Trust with a check for $100 000 to put towards digital learning! This money will be shared between the schools in the Manaiakalani cluster and help us to become more and more clever in this digital world!! We are so thankful for his generosity.
